Suggested order.

• 1. Talk to a lawyer about your space.
• 2. Check zoning, plus your lease or HOA. Ask the City of Houston (we haven't researched this yet).
• 3. Restaurant or bar: check with the Houston Health Department that your permit covers a guest chef's night.
• 4. Drinks: agree who pours, and under whose licence. See Drinks below.
