Suggested order.
- 1. Talk to a lawyer about your space.
- 2. Check zoning, plus your lease or HOA. Ask the City of Dallas (we haven't researched this yet).
- 3. Restaurant or bar: check with Dallas Consumer Health that your permit covers a guest chef's night.
- 4. Drinks: agree who pours, and under whose licence. See Drinks below.

Drinks

Watch-outs
