Getting help

How to reach a real person, and how to file a case.

However you got stuck, you have two ways to reach us.

Email us

The fastest way to reach a real person is email [email protected], and we reply within one business day. If your event is tonight and it can't wait, put URGENT in the subject line and we'll see it sooner.

Filing and tracking a case

If something about your order wasn't right, and it doesn't fall under the automatic refund guarantee (the organizer cancelling, or a confirmed no-show, both automatic), you can open a case straight from your ticket, order, or booking.

How to open one:

  1. Go to My Tickets, Orders, or Bookings and open the item in question.
  2. Choose Open a case.
  3. Pick the reason that fits best and describe what happened. The more specific, the faster it moves.
  4. Submit. You get a reference back right away.

If your reason is that the organizer didn't show, filing the case is often what starts the confirmation. Once that is confirmed, the automatic refund from the guarantee kicks in on its own, separate from whatever the case's own resolution says.

Tracking it. Your reference is what everything after it hangs on, in the app, in email, or if you follow up with us directly. Every case carries a status you can check anytime, from Open (we have it) to Investigating (someone is looking into it) to Resolved (the outcome is posted, whether that's a refund, an explanation, or both).
